Logs

The Logs tab in your fleet shows logs of events that are happening right now.

The logs currently show only two types of events:

• Action Runs

  When an Action runs successfully, its output is logged. It shows which device trigged the action by sending which incoming message. More details and logs for action run failures will be available soon.

• Bad Packets

  When Fostrom fails to process a packet due to incorrect types or structure, it will log a Bad Packet. The bad packet does not enter your packet stream. The log shows details about which fields were accepted and which were rejected.

We're improving logs to add many more additional events and details to each event. Currently, the last 250 events are shown in the Logs tab.
